I watched it and I saw all of these testimonials about how people were dropping weight and getting slim and trim. At first I thought to myself that these people are just actors and turns out a couple of them are from the actual video. I also thought to myself, self, what do we have to lose? I must say the workouts are very challenging at first. So challenging that you may want to quit. But after two weeks of working out hard everyday, it began to pay dividends. I lost eight pounds those first two weeks. So I pressed on. Most of the workouts are plyometric type movements, which means there are a lot of jumping movements involved. There is no equipment necessary. All you need is a DVD player, TV, and you. The program is 60 days and I will tell you in 60 days I changed my physique. I lost a total of 27 lbs. I went from a beefy 250 to a lean 223. I dropped from a size 40 jeans to a 36. I used the nutrition guide which is included and that also helped me drop the pounds.

It's definitely a great workout program. It's also excellent that you can do it right at home with no extra equipment. Anyone willing to put in the work and effort and stay consistent will definitely see results. Glad to hear you stuck with it and were rewarded with positive results.
